What can you see in Alsace?

Our hotel is located in Erstein in Central Alsace at the heart of the Grand Ried, which stretches from the south of Strasbourg to the north of Colmar, between the Ill and the Rhine. It is an ideal place to stay when visiting the main tourist sites of Alsace, and its proximity to Germany will allow you to discover Europa Park, the largest theme park in Germany and classed for a few years running as the “best amusement park in the world”.

After visiting Erstein - the town provides different circuits to better understand it - there’s a wide array of things on offer for you. Nearby, you can enjoy the Alsace Wine Route with its incredible towns and villages (including Obernai, Riquewihr, Ribeauvillé, Kaysersberg, Eguisheim and Colmar), the Château du Haut Koenigsbourg in Orschwiller, plus Strasbourg, one of the loveliest cities in Europe with its town centre listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

After all that culture, time to get back to nature! Discover a different side to Alsace, its well-preserved and lively natural environment, by discovering the Grand Ried. Water is everywhere, and depending on the season when you visit us, you’ll be charmed by the richness of the landscapes it shapes and by the variety of fauna and flora it features.
